1.解压mysql-5.7.10-winx64.zip到C:mysql-5.7.10-winx64
2.以管理权限却换到C:mysql-5.7.10-winx64bin下
2.1 设置my.ini配置文件

2.2初始化数据目录，5.7.7之后不在有data目录
As of 5.7.7, Windows installation operations performed using the Noinstall package do not include a data directory. To initialize the data directory, use the instructions at Section 2.10.1.1, “Initializing the Data Directory Manually Using mysqld”.
mysqld.exe --initialize-insecure --user=mysql
windows下可省略--user选项
-insecure表示不会创建root密码
mysqld.exe --install
2.3启动MYSQL服务
net start mysql
3.登陆成功
